Can I apply foundation cover up on top of my medication?

I just bought AcneFree Severe "Terminator 10" and I wanted to know if I could apply foundation cover up on top of the medication. I know I shouldn't be using foundation at all, but it's the only way to "cover up" the redness. Help?
