Whey protien for starters?

ON (Optimum Nutrition is the best whey protein out there) take one in the morning when you wake up one before you work out with fruit and one after you workout with fruit and one before you go to bed with either cottage cheese or maybe PB. And for vitamins i would just try to get vitamins from fruit/veggie sources. Also visit bodybuilding.com to help you with your goals.
