What temperature would alcohol have to be to kill you?

Ok I know the freezing point of ethanol is -114 degrees C and that alcohol beverages would be someplace in between that and 0 degrees C. Would say, vodka or more likely everclear be able to get cold enough to kill you? and what would happen.
