Help!! My turkey is still rock frozen :/?

I took out the turkey last night and put it in ice water as I had read but it's still rock frozen. I'm afraid it won't thaw out by the morning :(.........anyone have any ideas that are safe and won't make my guest sick?? Plz help!!
