Do you think the opinions of others are accurate in regards to the appearances of my sister and myself?

You really shouldn't compare yourself to your sister. You both look completely different, as you should! You're both cute in different ways. Be happy with your differences. If you want to make improvements, then do it! but don't rely on someone else to tell you what the improvements should be.
