What spf sun cream should I get?

I'm going on holiday to Malawi, I have quite a few moles as well, so i need to be wary of the sun and getting skin cancer, I don't tan very quickly I don't think, I'm away for 10 days. So what factor sun cream should I get to protect me quite well but allows me to tan with a very noticeable result. Thanks
