What hair and make up would best go with this dress?

First, wow thats an amazing dress! The smoky eyes I would definitely agree with but I think the dress is quite dramatic itself so a less dramatic haristyle would be better. Possibly something like in the smoky eyes pic itself or just a smaller bob like in the dress pic??
