How many millilitres of 6M hydrochloric acid are required?

How many millilitres of 6M hydrochloric acid are required to react exactly with 1) 0.2g sodium carbonate and 2) 0.2g of sodium hydrogen carbonate? Did this stuff awhile ago and forgot how to do it. Can anyone help?
