Does Penguin Storm or CP trainer have a virus?

My friend/relative he told me that he uses penguin Storm and it just gives you a virus, is it true because i want to use it for my backup penguin, and how many days can you get banned ( I'm thinking to become a moderator because my friend/relative's cousin has the thing you need to be a moderator and my friend is planning it to do it for me)
