Are any states besides the east coast and California going to benefit from the stimulus package?

Unemployment here is 10.8%, but I guess we don't have enough electoral votes for it to matter. All you hear about is automakers, so when will other industries that aren't out East be considered? (out East is East of Colorado, don't go trying to claim that Illinois is West! lol)
